This training module provides a detailed description of the functionality and steps for using the Puerto Rico Disaster Recovery Solution (PR DRS) to comply with the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), its business objective, requirements, and specifications related to its projects. Processes such as Payment Requests and Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) related to HMGP funding in PR DRS are included in this module.

Users will learn how to:

• Manage Applicant information, such as its HMGP Subaward Agreements

• Manage Projects in its different stages to include expenses, proofs of payment (POP) and other documentation

• Create and submit Request for Reimbursement (RFR), or Request for Working Capital Advance (RFCA)

• Complete and send the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR)

• Comply with HMGP requirements effectively
